Delta NineIT Returns Policy

All warranties are RTB (return to base)

Due to the products being refurbished, they can only be returned if found faulty. If an item is returned and found faulty, a full refund or replacement will be available at our discression. If an item is returned as faulty and is found not to be faulty then it will be up to the customer to arrange collection. warranty includes only hardware and does not include hard disk drives or data loss from a failed drive.

If any warranty seals are void then repairs are chargeable at the current hourly rate.

New items carry the specific warranty as offered by the manufacurer, generally 1 year. please ask for more details on specific items. Items returned as faulty are accepted and subject to testing, will be repaired or replaced promptly.

If found to be without fault or not 'as new' will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Items found to be faulty will be replaced or repaired promptly

'as new' condition means that the item must be complete, with all seals intact and with no damage to the cosmetics.

No refunds can be given on software due to licensing.
